We don't choose causes. We choose solvable problems. Education, health, livelihood, housing and digital safety are tags — not departments.
A problem enters Easy Foundation when:
- 1It affects enough people to be worth solving.
- 2The friction can be clearly identified.
- 3Technology, information or better execution could materially reduce it.
- 4We can test something cheaply.
- 5The solution could eventually be free, or copied by others.
People don't know which government benefits they qualify for.
Not: Welfare
Eligibility for scholarships, pensions, PM-JAY and state schemes is spread across dozens of portals in language most applicants cannot parse. Households rarely fail the criteria. They fail to find out.

People can't see the true cost of borrowing.
Not: Financial literacy
A quoted rate is not the cost. Processing fees, insurance bundled at sanction, GST and other charges routinely add a meaningful amount that is never shown as a single number.

Ordinary messages are impossible to tell apart from fraud.
Not: Digital literacy
KYC expiry texts, UPI collect requests, APK links and fake refund messages use the same few patterns. Most people have never had those patterns explained to them.

Buying a home means signing documents nobody explains.
Not: Housing awareness
Title, encumbrance, approvals, dues and TDS obligations decide whether a purchase is safe. The checks are knowable, and almost never written down in plain language.

Not: NGO capacity building
Receipts, registers, field forms, compliance dates and funder reporting formats get rebuilt from scratch by every small organisation, every year.
