• Easy Home Finance Limited is the Foundation's principal funder. Money flows from the company to the Foundation, never the other way.
• Some support functions — office space, finance and legal help — are shared. Any shared cost is recorded and disclosed in the Foundation's accounts.
• Foundation tools do not generate sales leads. They collect no contact details, ask for no login, and are not passed to Easy Home Finance or any lender.
• Where a Foundation decision could benefit the company, it is treated as a related-party matter and the interested person does not vote on it.

Easy Foundation is associated with Easy Home Finance Limited, a Housing Finance Company registered with the National Housing Bank. Easy Foundation is a separate Section 8 company. It is not a financial services entity, is not regulated by the RBI or the National Housing Bank, and does not lend, accept deposits or sell financial products.
