Most good things do not fail because people do not care. They fail because the path is too hard to walk. We work on the path.

The old model was: raise money, give money, publish photographs, file a report. We would rather find a friction, build a solution, give it away, measure whether it gets used, and publish what worked so anyone can copy it.

A tool built once can be used by thousands of people for years at almost no marginal cost. That is the leverage we care about. Everything we build for the public stays free — no login, no payment, no sales call.

We don't choose causes. We choose solvable problems.

Because difficulty is the real barrier. A scheme that exists but cannot be found, a loan whose cost cannot be seen, a document nobody explains — each one is a small tax on people who can least afford it. Making something easy is not a soft goal. It is usually the whole intervention.
