Removed all prototype programme data. No project, metric, story or failure on this site was verified, so none of it is published.
Reset all published numbers to zero.
Replaced the four-cause structure (education, health, livelihood, communities) with four pillars: free public tools, small experiments, open knowledge, practical projects. Sectors are now tags.
Published /tools with three working tools: loan cost explainer, message risk check, property document checklist.
Added the governance data room, with every document marked published or not yet published.
Added definitions separating reach, use and outcome.
